This Fall, Lumière will transition to Birdie G’s, an all-American restaurant founded by James Beard-nominated chef Jeremy Fox. Birdie G’s will be a celebration of classic American cooking using Jeremy’s signature style and commitment to the best local and seasonal ingredients.
