Je t’aime! Celebrate the most romantic evening of the year at our cozy French Brasserie with a three-course prefixed dinner from Executive Chef Ramon Bojorquez. Featuring highlights such as salmon tartare with marinated cucumbers and radishes, salmon roe and herb crackers; house made ricotta and mushroom ravioli with egg yolk, mushrooms and brown butter; grilled snapper with sauteed spinach, shallots, and a Japanese curry emulsion. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Nancy Guerrero will delight the senses with strawberries and Champagne Opaly’s Feuillitine. $95 per person, available February 13 and 14th. 3-course wine pairing $35.
