Ramon Bojorquez
Executive Chef Bojorquez trained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and has studied abroad in Spain and Thailand, but his passion for food was cemented at an early age, when he'd spend time watching his grandparents cook traditional Mexican dishes. When not in the kitchen, Chef Bojorquez can be found riding motorcycles, playing chess and practicing Muay Thai.
Nancy Guerrero
Executive Pastry Chef Nancy Guerrero graduated from The Art Institute of Los Angeles with a degree in Culinary Arts. Born in El Salvador and raised in California, she comes from a lineage of female butchers and exceptional cooks, fostering her appreciation for quality ingredients. Initially starting her career as a savory cook, Chef Guerrero found her true passion in pastry. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, creating caricature art, and seeking the perfect White Negroni.
